4,200 square feet of modern, climate-controlled manufacturing space;

Several employees (and one friendly dog, Jager).

Two decades ago, you would have been walking into a home basement and talking with founder Brian Beland as he operated a1995 ANCA TG4 CNC 4-Axis Cutter Grinder.

For 18 years, Brian worked as an all-around machinist before recognizing the need for a quality cutting tool conditioning firm to serve Central Maine’s busy machining industry. Customers trusted Brian then, and they still do. Even as KV Tooling has expanded, it’s individual attention to each client – and each tool – has never changed. 

The machinery has gotten more modern, the shop and the team a little bigger, the client list longer, and the awards shelf fuller, but the commitment remains the same: provide the best service and overall value in the cutting tool industry.

We are craftsmen who specialize in the manufacture and reconditioning of rotary cutting tools for the machining and industrial manufacturing trades. 

Our cutting tools are utilized in the highly specialized aerospace, power generation, oil exploration, medical, and automotive fields – among many others.
